RMM Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will make a decision on a case by case basis. RMM Skincare offers the following shipping options:
• USA: $8 Flat rate shipping using USPS First Class Parcel to anywhere in the U.S.
• To all other countries: $25.00 flat rate USPS First Class International Parcel service
IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that RMM Skincare’ shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
RMM Skincare is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. RMM Skincare will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should contact us via email.
